The Dahle 20831 EC has a larger feed opening to easily accommodate letter, legal and wide computer paper. It has a maximum sheet capacity of 13/15 sheets at a time and features a large capacity waste bin capable of holding 35 gallons of shredded material.
A solid steel frame houses and aligns two perfectly matched cutting cylinders milled from a single bar of German Solingen steel. It’s this design that maximizes durability and minimizes flexing to produce a consistently fine 1/32" x 7/16" particle size.
Properly oiling this Department Shredder is the key to maintaining optimal performance. Due to it’s function, this Department Shredder will be placed in a common area and have multiple users. As a smart alternative of ensuring your machine receives proper oil, we recommend adding an Automatic oiler.
